Step Aerobics Class



This creative routine builds cardiovascular endurance and burns excess fat at a fast rate. A nice variety of moves without complex choreography will keep your body in motion. Basic step rountine that will challenge everyone from the beginner to the advance stepper.

Strictly Strength
Strength class using your own body weight, dumbbells, and/or bands. Full body work-out. This is not a cardio class.

Yoga Class



Yoga Flow is a multi level class. Classic yoga poses are blended into seamless sequences linked with the breathe, all set to cool yoga groove soundtracks. This class will improve balance, flexibility and strength and will also help to de-stress.
